The Tower Engineer maintains membership in the nations leading professional organizations including the American Society of Civil Engineers. We also keep abreast of governing codes so our designs are accurate, comprehensive, and easily permittable.
AMERICAN SOCIETY OF CIVIL ENGINEERS
Sterling Steele has been a member of the ASCE since 2009. The American Society of Civil Engineers represents more than 150,000 members of the civil engineering profession in 177 countries. Founded in 1852, ASCE is the nation’s oldest engineering society.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING INSTITUTE
Established in 1996, SEI advances our members' careers, stimulates technological advancement, and improves professional practice. SEI drives the practical application of cutting-edge research by improving coordination and understanding between academia and practicing engineers.

NATIONAL COUNCIL OF EXAMINERS FOR ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING
Sterling Steele, PE since 2009 has maintained "Model Law Engineer" status and utilizes the records program through the NCEES. This enables expedited license approval.
NCEES is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing professional licensure for engineers and surveyors. It develops, administers, and scores the examinations used for engineering and surveying licensure in the United States.

TOWER NUMERICS ADVANCED TOWER MODELING AND DESIGN
Sterling Steele, PE has completed the Tower Numerics Advanced Tower Modeling and Design Training.
LPILE
The Tower Engineer utilizes LPILE software by Ensoft, Inc for its pile and caisson design.
RISA 3D
Specialized and unconventional tower designed is performed using Risa 3D.
