TOWER FOUNDATION DESIGN
A tower is as only as good as it's foundation. We provide innovative and accurate tower foundation design. From pad and pier to monolithic, from non-penetrate to deep piers, we can do it all. To meet your unique project needs, we also offer alternative custom designed foundations that aren't available through typical tower manufacturers. We have used surface foundations, helical piers, skids and more to provide standout solutions for the industry.
LIFTING AND RIGGING PLANS
Tower construction and modification can be a dangerous undertaking if done incorrectly. Safety considerations are paramount. The telecommunications industry has developed standards to ensure safe lifting and rigging during construction. The Tower Engineer provides lifting and rigging plans in accordance with ANSI/ASSE A10.48 and TIA-322. We work with contractors to help them meet the industry standards, but more importantly, to help them be safe.

CONSTRUCTION AND INSPECTIONS
Through our partnerships we offer construction services (including automation) and tower inspections. Our contracting partners provide exception quality, professional service, and work nationwide.
GEO-TECHNICAL INVESTIGATIONS
While The Tower Engineer does not perform in-house geo-technical investigations, we do have nationwide contacts to perform all types of pre-design subsurface investigative work. We can coordinate this work for you. Geo-technical investigations insure the tower foundation is adequate and cost-effective.
SURVEYING
The Tower Engineer can provide topographic surveying, FAA surveys including 1A or 2C surveys, or lease boundary descriptions. Services are offered nationwide either in-house or through our strategic-partnerships.
